Induction is designed to enable you to move smoothly and successfully into your new role. It aims to introduce you to:

- The detailed needs of your post
- Key procedures and work patterns

How Induction operates
Your Induction will ensure you meet the people you will be working with, as well as staff in other areas, and introduce you to the day to-day requirements of your new role. Personal contacts and materials will provide you with resources about your role, plus a range of more general interest information.
At an early stage any particular training needs will be discussed and appropriate training and development opportunities organised to support you.

What we ask of you
It is your induction programme. We will expect you to:

- Inform us of any areas where we can improve our support for you
